Stuart joined Henderson & Shelton in January of 2006.
Stuart has been in private practice helping people battle insurance companies for fair compensation since 1981. He has been involved in thousands of injury cases during his career.
Practice Areas: Stuart continues to help people with their cases involving automobile trauma, premises injuries, dog attack injuries, and medical malpractice.
Admitted: 1981, Stuart has argued cases in municipal, district, superior state courts and also in the Federal U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.
Education: He was awarded a Juris Doctor from the Seattle University Law School in 1981 and a Bachelor of Arts in Society and Justice from the University of Washington in 1978.
Member: He is a member of the Washington State Association for Justice (Eagle member); the Washington State Bar Association, Pierce and Thurston County Bar Associations, and the Federal Bar Association (Western District). He is a former mediator panel member of the Washington Arbitration & Mediation Services (WAMS), and former chair of WSAJ Round Table (Thurston County). He also conducts private mediations involving personal injury cases.
Biography: Stuart is a Thurston County Settlement and Pro Tem District Court Judge. He is married and has three children. His hobbies include golf, riding motorcycles, and snow skiing.
